Answers to common questions about our products, payments, your account and your orders.
Where we deliver: we currently do not deliver to the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or Northern Ireland, or to countries under international sanctions. We plan to add more destinations later; follow us for updates.
Our garments are designed for a comfortable, oversized fit. Because many pieces are made to order, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Measurements are approximate.

Scales & Ember begins with the First Breath Collection, with more designs to follow. Availability may vary by product and destination.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by PayPal and its card processing. The methods available may vary by location and currency.
Payments are processed by PayPal over a secure HTTPS connection. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure, for example Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check. We never see or store your full card details.
Prices are shown at checkout. Where the law requires us to collect VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout, it is included in the price or shown before you pay. For delivery to the United Kingdom, the minimum order is the equivalent of more than GBP 135 of goods (shown at checkout); UK import VAT and any duties on these orders are collected by the courier on delivery.
Otherwise, your country may charge import VAT or duties on delivery. These are payable by you. See our Orders & Shipping page for details.

We use HTTPS encryption to protect information sent through our store. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share the information needed to run the store and deliver your order with service providers such as PayPal, our hosting provider and couriers. If you opt in, we will email you about new arrivals and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
