Made to Order, in Limited Runs

Many of our pieces are made to order in limited production runs. This means we produce an item after it is ordered, instead of making large quantities in advance. If a product is made to order, its product page says so.

Materials

The fabric composition of each item is shown on its product page and on the garment care label. Unless a product page or label states a specific certification, our materials are not certified organic, recycled or sustainable, and we make no environmental claims about them.

Packaging

We choose packaging to protect your order in transit. Packaging may vary by product and production partner.

Production Partners

We work with selected production partners. We expect them to follow the law and the standards in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Our Art

Every design starts with an original hand-drawn illustration by our own or commissioned artists, telling stories from the Scales & Ember world.
