Orders & Shipping

Everything you need to know about delivery, taxes and duties, and managing your order.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Where we deliver: we currently do not deliver to the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or Northern Ireland, or to countries under international sanctions. We plan to add more destinations later; follow us for updates.

We offer free shipping to the destinations available at checkout. If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full.

Many items are made to order. We will deliver your order within 30 days of your order, unless a different time is shown at checkout or on the product page. If we miss this time, you may cancel for a full refund. Customs checks can sometimes add time, and we will keep you informed.

Orders are shipped by tracked international courier. The carrier and tracking details are shown in your shipping confirmation. A signature may be required on delivery.

When your order ships, we email you the tracking details. If you have an account, you can also follow your order in My Account.

Prices are shown at checkout. Where the law requires us to collect VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout, it is included in the price or shown before you pay. For delivery to the United Kingdom, the minimum order is the equivalent of more than GBP 135 of goods (shown at checkout); UK import VAT and any duties on these orders are collected by the courier on delivery.

Otherwise, your country may charge import VAT, customs duties, or courier clearance fees on delivery. These are payable by you. We cannot predict the exact amount, because it is set by your local customs authority or courier. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

If a parcel is refused or not collected because import charges were not paid, it may be returned to us. Unless you were using your 14-day right to cancel, we may deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund where the law allows.

We can help you find an item, understand product information, or complete checkout. Contact [email protected] or use our Contact Us form. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

You can ship to an address that is different from your billing address, such as an office or a gift recipient. Please check all details carefully. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Because many items are made to order, we may not be able to change an order once production has started.

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, before production starts, for a full refund. You also have a 14-day right to cancel after delivery, wherever you live; you pay the return postage. Items personalised to your own specification may be excluded where the law allows, and we tell you this on the product page before you order. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. We will pay for the return. We will then provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in line with your legal rights.

Your order is packed to protect it in transit. Packaging may vary by product and may be plain on the outside.

We bear the risk until your order is delivered to you or a person you nominate. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you.

If the parcel looks damaged on arrival, please note this with the courier if you can, take photos and contact us. If tracking says "delivered" but you do not have the parcel, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Enter promotion codes at checkout. Codes are subject to the terms, expiry dates and exclusions stated when they are issued, and cannot be added after an order is placed.
