We may remove, reject, or refuse to use any Submitted Materials at our discretion where we believe they violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or our brand standards.

Made-to-order and personalized products may require additional production time before dispatch. Where applicable, production or estimated dispatch information will be shown on the product page or communicated during the order process.
Because made-to-order and personalized products are produced specifically for you, they are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, sizing preference, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference once the cancellation window has passed, unless required by applicable law.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Ready-to-ship items may dispatch sooner than made-to-order or personalized products.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may depend on whether production, personalization, fulfilment, or shipping has already started.
If you cancel your order within the approved cancellation window and before production, personalization, fulfilment, or shipping has started, we will arrange any applicable refund to the original payment method where possible.
Once the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window has passed, or once production, personalization, fulfilment, or shipping has started, orders cannot be cancelled for a refund unless required by applicable law.
Scales & Ember does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference on made-to-order or personalized products once the cancellation window has passed.
Where eligible, we may offer an exchange in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will arrange courier collection of the affected item and send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Items that have been worn beyond being tried on, washed, altered, stained, intentionally damaged, misused, neglected, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted for exchange.
